I was already excited about Rachel Pally’s holiday collection, and now comes news from Fashion Rules! that the LA designer will pop up on La Brea (near 6th Street) October 21 “for at least two months.” Known for her incredibly flattering jersey dresses (Oprah’s a fan), wouldn’t it be great if this was a test run for a permanent boutique? While that’s just my hopeful musings, I do get word from Pally’s PR that there will be a kick off party hosted by Amy Smart, certainly smartly dressed in a Pally creation…
