Hot on the heels of her kudos from LA Weekly, LA handbag and accessories designer Clare Vivier lures me once again. My La Tropezienne has been in my clutches (literally, I take it everywhere) since I picked it up at Vivier’s house in June, and has garnered endless compliments and ‘where-did-you-get-that?’ stoppings on the street from LA to DC.
Now, the navy messenger bag in nubuck leather with versatile body strap and handles is pulling at my pocketbook. At $240, it’s incredibly well priced, and a great alternative to the usual black fall bag. That being said, it is also offered in staple hues black and brown, as well as gray and aubergine, but I want this bag to give me the blues.
