The northwest corner of La Cienega and Melrose has been veiled in black plywood and vaguely in construction (I don’t remember the last time I actually saw work being done) forever; now there’s a rendering by The NASA Group up, indicating multiple storefronts for lease on Melrose and La Cienega, with the corner spot looking like a potential anchor space. Multi-level parking in the rear perhaps?
