It’s unclear who will be the next tenant at the building at West 3rd Street and Crescent Heights (Panini Cafe?), but now we at least get to see the top half of it, gray with tall glass ceilings wrapping around it.
I heard from a neighboring business that a well-known Japanese restaurant was coming into the area, and Brad Conroy of Conroy Commercial confirms that Japan’s La Brea Dining will be coming into the space in between this corner spot and Surya (soon to be The Burger Factory).

We were amazed yesterday to see this and wondered how long it had been exposed like that and we hadn’t noticed.
