Eats—Former Food Court LA Becoming Spacecraft-Designed Gastropub?

I’ve now heard from multiple sources that the former Food Court LA space at 8334 West 3rd Street—which is now in the hands of G.D. Happy Properties Inc., with Spacecraft on board for design—will become a gastropub. I’ve also heard it described as a sports bar (“there will be screens and food and booze”). From another, I heard that whatever this place is, there’s already one in New York. I happened to bump into Spacecraft’s Kristofer Keith while he was scouting out another potential project recently, and he said the owners are still mum. What have you guys heard?

Cool! We need more drunk meatheads wandering and driving through the neighborhood at closing time. Yay!

Don’t think it’s likely to be approved as a sports bar.
