Get word from Conroy Commercial that baby shop Eggy will be moving into the 8365 West 3rd Street space, which used to house the Orchid Wrangler. No doubt, Eggy’s merch looks incredibly adorable, but also not cheap. Which is not to say that you couldn’t get out of there with a great gift under $50, but to say you could spend $300-plus on an outfit. I do look forward to perusing its modern, stylish and too-cute offerings—clothing, furniture, toys, etc.

I saw the new orange signage and awning this weekend, but the windows are covered with paper. It says children’s boutique…maybe they decided to go beyond just babies?
