While the Ross Dress for Less [may] will be closing its 3rd and Ogden location ([if] for the proposed and hotly contested Casden Properties project [breaks ground]), the discount retailer will be ‘opening soon’ at the Beverly Connection, and is currently hiring, per signage on the west and south sides of the shopping center. A B+S reader saw somewhere on LoopNet that the location will be opening in February, but I couldn’t find it…

I don’t have any information that Ross plans to leave its current location at 3rd and Ogden, across from Farmers Market. They have a series of 5 year leases, where they may choose to stay, unless a residential project is being built at the site. When Casden breaks ground on a residential project, that’s when the Ross will leave.
