Just west east [yes, thanks, meant east!] of La Cienega on Blackburn, this building was nearly down by yesterday afternoon…

Panini Cafe Taking Splash Space

May 6th, 2008 · 11 Comments

Word  is chain Panini Cafe, which is also in Beverly Hills, is taking the place of the long-closed Splash Spa at the corner of West 3rd Street and Crescent Heights. The Citron—”16 New Modern Living Condos”

April 27th, 2008 · 2 Comments

These are these new condos on Hayworth north of Beverly Boulevard—around the corner from the Shoe Pavilion. No word  on pricing that I can see on the site. They are located just down the street from an assisted living facility, which is a bring-down. I’m not even particularly interested as to what they look like […]

“Food Dudes” Opening on Fairfax, Got It

April 16th, 2008 · 1 Comment

Warhol, That’s Original

April 16th, 2008 · No Comments

I feel like if you lived in a condo like this one on Sweetzer, you’d have to not go Warhol on principle. It’s just way, way too obvious. But maybe the person who chooses to live here already has a Warhol print, poster, whatever laying around.
