Following up on yesterday’s post regarding the shooting at the Beverly Center around 3:10pm, information unfolded in early evening that it was 21-year-old Atlanta-based rapper Dolla, Roderick Anthony Burton II, who was shot in the head in the valet area of the La Cienega entrance of the mall.

Economy is down, so crime is up. This morning the Washington Mutual at Beverly and Fairfax was robbed and there’s “at least one suspect,” per the LAT’s LA Now blog.
