Incoming Portola Paints at 8213 West 3rd Street, next to Toast, has gotten a paint job itself, going from former Avita Co-Op’s powder blue to beige and getting a new awning. Portola was hoping to open September 1, but as of last night, there was still scaffolding and work being done on the interior.
